Day Trip to the North Carolina Zoo – North America
Now that the kids are out of school we are always looking for ways to keep their brains active while being entertained. The North Carolina Zoo is the perfect place to do just that. Since we have an annual pass we like to visit 1 section per day so we don’t need to rush and can get in and out before the crowds start to show up. (we do this all summer long)

At the North Carolina Zoo, located in Asheboro, families can embark on an incredible journey through the diverse habitats and fascinating wildlife of North America.
